PS Plus Extra and Premium games for October 2026

You can play The Midnight Walk with PS Plus Extra or Premium from 14 October 2026 in the UK and US. Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West and Mycopunk arrive on 20 October, alongside two Premium additions. Three more Game Catalogue titles follow on 27 October. Use your local PlayStation Store on release day: catalogue selections vary by region. The 27 October dates above apply to the UK, US and Japan. For The Midnight Walk, you can play on PS5 or use PS VR2. Check each game's listing for access; departure dates and a release hour are still to be announced.

Choose Extra for seven games, Premium for all nine

Your Extra membership covers the seven Game Catalogue additions. Premium includes those games and adds Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition. Start with the tier column before choosing a download, especially on PS4, where several of October's games are available. The PS5-only entries require that console for the downloads covered here; choose a listed PS4 version when playing on PS4.

Keep your subscription active to play catalogue games, and use the account linked to that membership. Your downloaded catalogue games remain playable while your subscription is valid and each game stays in the service. Adding one to your library gives you an access route during its catalogue stay. Download October's Game Catalogue games

On PS5, start from the Games home screen and select PlayStation Plus. Open the Benefits tab, then Game Catalogue. Select an eligible game and choose Download. On PS4, select PlayStation Plus from the function screen, scroll down to Game Catalogue, then select your game and Download. Pick the game whose date has arrived and whose platform matches your console before starting the download.

You can also find your PlayStation Plus games in Game Library. Use that library to return to a catalogue game after your first download. If a new arrival is missing, check again after the store update and confirm your local listing and tier. Work through the release-date and membership checks before buying another edition: your catalogue access applies to the included game and your current subscription.

Find the two Premium additions in Classics Catalogue

For Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition, use your Premium membership and open Classics Catalogue. On PS5, select PlayStation Plus from Games home, open Benefits and choose Classics Catalogue. On PS4, select PlayStation Plus from the function screen and scroll down to Classics Catalogue. Select your eligible game and choose Download. Both October additions are listed for PS5 and PS4.

Premium also gives you streaming benefits for eligible catalogue games. Use Download for a local installation, or select Stream when an eligible game's page offers it. Streaming needs broadband of at least 5 Mbps; for supported 1080p streaming, use at least 15 Mbps. Your region and the available streaming selection determine which games you can start this way, so use the option shown on your game page.

Last month's PS Plus catalogue games

September's additions arrived across four dates in the UK and US. You could start Date Everything! on 9 September; RuneScape: Dragonwilds, WWE 2K26, Mega Man X Command Mission and Metro Redux followed on 15 September. Ball x Pit and Slitterhead arrived on 22 September, then Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, Dungeons of Hinterberg and Sniper Elite: Resistance on 29 September. Mega Man and Metro were the Premium additions.

Use your local catalogue listing to check access to a September game today. Your membership and its continued place in the service govern play, just as they do for October's additions.
