Dancing Queen, Waterloo and Mamma Mia are joined by I Still Have Faith In You in Let's Sing ABBA. The collection reaches Nintendo Switch 2 on 3 November, with 32 songs and seven modes. For an ABBA household, that playlist is a much more persuasive starting point than a promise to reinvent karaoke. You can check whether your favourites are there before anyone picks up a microphone.

This is the upcoming Switch 2 edition of an existing singing game. Nintendo's current UK listing confirms the date, USB microphone support and smartphone singing through the Let's Sing Companion app. The published material gives a clear account of the repertoire and activities; it doesn't establish how accurately the new version will recognise your voice.

An ABBA evening, with a longer song list

THQ Nordic's current catalogue includes I Have A Dream as an additional track on Switch 2, Switch and PS5. The publisher lists 31 songs on PS4 and Xbox consoles, where that song is absent. The 32-song figure therefore belongs to particular editions. This preview concerns the Switch 2 release, so it shouldn't be read as an announcement that every older copy now contains the extra track.

Third Coast Review's Antal Bokor reviewed the Xbox version in September 2022. He described familiar pitch-and-timing scoring and a selection stretching beyond the obvious hits, including I Still Have Faith In You. His account is useful context for the catalogue's appeal: a committed ABBA fan found enough here to keep bringing it out with friends. It's an account of that earlier version, not a hands-on assessment of the Switch 2 port.

Duets, medleys and two teams

The official mode descriptions offer several ways to use those songs. Classic pursues a high score; Feat rewards matching voices with a partner or featured artist. Mix Tape 2.0 generates medleys, and Playlist Creator lets you assemble selections for Classic, Feat and Mixtape. Legend supplies solo avatar opponents, while Juke Box lets you listen. These are useful alternatives when the attraction is spending more time with a favourite band's repertoire.

Let's Party advertises up to eight participants divided into two teams, with randomly selected modes. That doesn't mean eight simultaneous microphones. The publisher specifies up to four audio inputs, using two USB microphones and/or four smartphones; Nintendo lists one to four players on one system. Keep the team participant count separate from the input limit when planning a gathering.

Bokor used an Android phone for his older Xbox review and found it usable but struggled with pitch recognition. That observation can't settle microphone performance on Switch 2. If your main interest is a precise singing assessment, the sources consulted here don't provide one. If it's choosing songs with people who already know ABBA, the documented catalogue makes the invitation much clearer: I Have A Dream joins the familiar favourites, with duets and medleys offering different ways to sing them.
